MyPiLink is a Portsmouth clearance house for factory-surplus, end-of-line and reverse-logistics electronics. We buy stock that OEMs, distributors and resellers can no longer hold — and we move it on, as-is, at clearance pricing.

What we do
We deal in four kinds of stock and nothing else:
- Factory surplus. Material an OEM over-ordered or never consumed. Often unused, sometimes long-shelved.
- Aftermarket / customer returns. Boards and accessories that came back through a reseller's warranty channel. Faults vary; we don't diagnose at this scale.
- Open-box clearance. Stock whose retail seal was broken — display units, lab opens, distributor demos.
- End-of-line. Models that the manufacturer has discontinued and is no longer producing or supporting.
Single items go to the Buy Now shop at roughly 8% of current retail. Mixed bulk lots go to auction from £1, where the bidder takes on the sorting work in exchange for the bigger discount.
Everything we sell is sold as-is. No warranty. No returns on most lines (defective-on-arrival gets you 7 days to tell us). If you need supported product, please buy from an authorised distributor — that is not what we do.
We ship worldwide
Although we're a UK company, more than a third of our orders go overseas. We have customers in every European country, North America, Australia and across East and Southeast Asia.
- Currency. All prices on the site are shown in GBP. Your card issuer will convert to your local currency at their interbank rate when you check out.
- VAT & duty. Orders to the EU may be billed for VAT under our IOSS registration; orders elsewhere are zero-rated for export and the buyer pays any local import duty and VAT at delivery. See our shipping policy for the per-country detail.
- Delivery times. EU orders 5–10 working days; US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand 7–15 working days; rest of the world by quotation.
- Support in your timezone. Our support team answers email throughout UK hours; we typically reply to overseas customers within one working day.

Sustainability
Reverse logistics is the whole point. Taking returned, surplus and end-of-line electronics and matching them with new homes has kept just over 12 tonnes of working hardware out of UK landfill since we started.
We ship in plastic-free padded paper mailers and oversized orders go in cardboard cartons sourced from a recycled-content B Corp supplier in Sheffield. Our Portsmouth unit runs on a 100% renewable electricity tariff via Ecotricity.
