VAT & import duty
- EU: for orders up to €150 we charge VAT under the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme so there is nothing to pay at delivery. For orders above €150 the buyer is the importer of record and pays import VAT and duty on delivery.
- Non-EU: the supply is zero-rated for export from the United Kingdom. The buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for any duty, VAT, GST or sales tax in the destination country.
- USA: where required by state law, MyPiLink collects sales tax under the marketplace facilitator rules.
Customs delays
International parcels can occasionally be delayed by customs inspections, especially during seasonal peaks. We provide a full tracking number for every order and will help with any issues — please use our contact form and quote your order number.
Returns
All stock on this site is clearance — sold as-is, final sale. There is no change-of-mind return window. If your item arrives demonstrably defective or materially not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery via the contact form and we will discuss case-by-case resolution (replacement, partial refund or return for inspection).
- No manufacturer warranty on any line. Clearance-channel stock does not carry transferable factory cover.
- Outbound shipping is non-refundable in any case.
- Auction lots are also sold "as inspected" — see the Auction Participation Terms.
- UK consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are preserved and not affected by these conditions.
