Conditions of Sale

Last updated: 12 April 2026 · Version 2.5 · MyPiLink Ltd.

These Conditions apply to retail purchases on mypilink.uk. Auction lots are governed separately by our Auction Participation Terms; where the two conflict in respect of an auction lot, the Auction Terms prevail.

1. Parties

MyPiLink Ltd. (registered in England and Wales, based in Portsmouth, United Kingdom) is the seller (we, us). The buyer (you) is the natural or legal person placing the order.

2. Formation of contract

Goods displayed on the Website are an invitation to treat. A binding contract of sale is formed when we send you the order confirmation email after successful payment.

3. Price and VAT

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT at the prevailing standard rate where applicable (currently 20%). Where the buyer is registered for VAT in the EU and provides a valid VAT number at checkout, the supply may be treated under the reverse-charge mechanism.

Non-EU buyers: the supply is zero-rated for export. The buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for any duty, VAT, GST or other taxes payable in the destination country.

4. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal. Payment is processed by Stripe under their PCI-DSS Service Provider certification. We do not store your full card number.

5. Delivery

Delivery options and indicative timings are listed on our Shipping page. Times are best estimates and not contractual deadlines except where you and we have expressly agreed otherwise.

Risk and title. Risk in the goods passes to you at the point the goods are handed over to the carrier. Title passes when payment in full has been received in cleared funds.

6. Statutory rights

These Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the implied terms that goods supplied are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

You have a 14-day right to cancel for distance contracts under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, save where the regulations exclude the right (for example, customised goods or auction lots).

7. Returns

All stock on this site is sold as clearance, and as such is sold as-is and final-sale. There is no change-of-mind return window. Goods that arrive demonstrably defective or materially not as described may be reported within 7 days of delivery via our contact page for case-by-case resolution (replacement, partial refund or return for inspection).

Statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected — goods must still be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described at the point of sale.

8. Warranty

No manufacturer warranty is offered on any line. Stock is sold from clearance, factory-surplus, aftermarket-return, open-box or end-of-line channels and the underlying manufacturer cover does not transfer to a clearance-channel buyer. If you need supported product, please buy from an authorised distributor.

9. Liability

Our liability for breach of contract is limited to the price you paid for the goods, save for liability that cannot lawfully be limited (death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability under section 31 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

10. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform where prevented by an event beyond reasonable control, including (without limitation) industrial action, supply-chain disruption, war or government action.

11. Governing law

These Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England have non-exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute.
