  • What does "sold as-is" mean?
Everything on this site is clearance stock — factory surplus, customer returns, open-box or end-of-life inventory. We do not test, certify or warrant the items. The condition is what is described and pictured on the listing. There is no warranty and no return window except for the defective-on-arrival case below.
  • Why are these so much cheaper than retail?
Because we have not paid retail for them. We buy stock that OEMs have over-allocated, returns that resellers do not want to diagnose, and lines that manufacturers have discontinued. We pass roughly 92% of that gap on as the discount, keep ~8% as margin, and you take on the as-is risk.
  • Is there any warranty?
No warranty on factory-surplus, aftermarket-returns, open-box or end-of-line categories — which covers everything we sell. If an item arrives obviously defective (will not power, physical damage that was not in the listing photos), tell us within 7 days of delivery via our contact page and we will discuss a replacement, partial refund or return for inspection.
  • Can I return an item if I just changed my mind?
No. Clearance stock is sold final-sale. Please read the listing and the condition notes carefully before you buy.
  • How long does delivery take?
UK orders typically arrive within 1–3 working days. EU 5–10 working days, US/Canada 7–12, Australia/NZ 9–15. See the full breakdown on our shipping page.
  • Do you ship to my country?
We ship to 60+ countries. The most common destinations are listed in our shipping policy. If yours isn't listed, drop us a line at our contact page and we'll quote you.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal at checkout. All payments are processed via 3-D Secure with Stripe; no card details are stored on our servers.
  • How does VAT work for international orders?
For EU buyers we charge VAT under the IOSS scheme on orders up to €150 — nothing to pay at delivery. Above that, the buyer is the importer of record. Non-EU orders are zero-rated; the buyer pays any local duty / VAT.
  • Do you offer trade or bulk discounts?
Trade buyers and resellers are welcome on the auction side, especially the larger bulk lots (200+ board mixed returns, anti-static-bag lots, etc.). For invoice terms, palletised shipping or repeat-buyer arrangements, contact us via our contact page with subject "Trade".
  • What's a mixed-lot auction?
These are bulk lots — boxes, trays or pallets of mixed stock from one source. Pricing starts at £1 and you bid the lot up. The bidder is responsible for sorting and identifying the contents. See live auctions for what is open right now.
  • Why do I need to verify before bidding?
Under the Money Laundering Regulations 2017 we are required to verify Bidder identity before facilitating any sale. The form takes a few minutes to complete and only needs to be filled in once per account.
  • Why is a deposit required to bid?
A 25% (UK) / 35% (International) refundable security deposit is held during the auction. It is returned in full at auction close if you do not win, or applied to your balance if you do. This protects sellers and other bidders.
  • I haven't received my verification email — what do I do?
Check your spam or junk folder; some providers (notably @qq.com and @163.com) are aggressive on UK senders. You can request a new verification email from the verify-pending page after you register, or contact us via our contact page.
  • How do I change my email address?
Email change requires re-verification of the new address. Please contact our contact page from the email currently on file and we'll set up the migration.
